<description><![CDATA[<p>We've found that many of our customers' feeds have feed titles and descriptions that are neither SEO nor RSS directory friendly but they cannot be improved without system changes. Mediafed Metrics now allows you to enter alternate text which will be applied to the feed as it passes through the system :</p>

<description><![CDATA[<p>The Tour de France arguably the longest and most arduous sporting event in the world, this year runs from Saturday July 1st to Sunday July 23th 2006, the Tour de France will be made up of a prologue and 20 stages and will cover a total distance of 3,600 kilometres. Mediafed are producing a series of 21 podcasts, which will be broadcast daily featuring the cycling commentator David Harmon. <br /><br />With Britain's Olympic gold medallist Bradley Wiggins in the form of his life and aiming to capture the Yellow Jersey in the prologue time trial the 93rd Tour de France promises to be as exiting as ever. <br /></p>
